Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Iris (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

Description of Service

Iris is an AI-powered personal assistant that connects to your Google Calendar, Gmail, and Maps (via Composio) to help you plan and optimize your day. The App is currently in early beta, distributed via Apple TestFlight. We will be launching on the app store soon.

User Accounts & Access

To use Iris, you must log in with your Google account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity under your account.

Data Use & Privacy

Iris does not store or retain your personal data. All data access (such as Gmail, Calendar, or Maps) is handled via Composio, a SOC 2-certified platform. Your data is accessed temporarily to assist you in real-time, and is not stored or shared by Iris.

Third-Party Services

Iris integrates with third-party tools including but not limited to:

• Google APIs (OAuth scopes)
• Composio for secure authentication and data access
• OpenAI for certain AI-powered features

We are not responsible for the behavior or availability of these services.

Beta Disclaimer

Iris is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or behave unexpectedly. Along with this, we are preparing for a broader launch on the app store.

We may restrict access, modify features, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minro Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our site or within the App.

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
